  The staff at all our maccas are great its the gladstone tax i dont like. a standard zimil coffee in rocky is $4.55 & Boyne.In gladstone was $5.25 But today $5.35 Wow was i imprecced.Still if i cut back to every second day problem solved .

  Service was very friendly and staff member well presented (the only reason for the star). The chicken and fudge brownie were perfection. The churros, chips and garlic bread left a lot to be desired. I ordered the new handcrafted garlic bread which they substituted for normal garlic bread as they did not stock the former. I don't order the normal garlic bread as it is very doughy. It was even more doughy from Kirkwood Dominos as it was grossly undercooked, as were the chips and the churros; I'm assuming the churros were undercooked as they were watery and soggy - absolutely appalling! I was too embarrassed to ask for a refund due to the lovely nature of the staff. A refund and a new properly cooked order would have been the only course of action that would appease. Dominos Kirkwood need to confirm that they will make an adjustment to cooking instructions or provide further training to ensure the quality of their items consistently meet an acceptable, palatable standard. Maybe if enough customers give direct feedback to current staff there may be a much needed improvement in future.

  I give it 5 stars. These guys sure know how to cook up a good batch of delicious Meatlovers Pizza.
